Refunds

When a funded gig can be refunded.

If no creator accepts within 14 days, the shop can request a full refund, including the HoodReel fee. Until Stripe is connected, the fund button is simulated and no card is charged, so there is no card refund to send.

After a creator accepts, cancellation follows what the shop and creator agreed in the gig. A completed approval starts the payout clock. HoodReel’s target is to begin the creator payout within 5 business days. That is not a promise that a bank receives the money in 5 days, and bank payout is not connected yet.
